Shipping Policy
We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Hence, we do not engage to a specified courier service to deliver goods. All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is sent, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check before contacting us.

For order >US$1000 we provide free ground shipping within Singapore, others for order

    Delivery Times
    We targeted to send out your orders within 14 working days (shipments to Singapore ONLY) after you made payment to us. Some delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays and ad-hoc traffic issue occurrence.
     

    Return Policy
    If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us to continue the return procedures. To exchange or return the item, the payment will only be credited to you after the goods has been returned to P&P PROCESS & PNEUMATICS. The return cost for shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not subject to any responsibility of the return shipping cost.
     

    Lost or Damaged goods
    You understand and agree that P&P PROCESS & PNEUMATICS shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages gone by any of the service we provide. All items are purchased at your risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. We do not assume any responsibility for lost package.
     

    Goods Condition
    Items should be returned with new, unused, and with all the boxes and bag attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

    Overseas returns
    If this is overseas purchase, any case of related to currency conversion discrepancy will be taken up by you and affiliate bank. The return cost from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company.
